What’s coming up?

Cryx Dread Armada launches October 15 at 5pm BST

We’ve had a tidal wave of Cryx Dread Armada previews, and that wave is about to crest!

From tomorrow, this new Prime army for major Warmachine faction, Cryx, will launch in STL form on FronTiers.

This STL bundle should not be missed — check out the tier reveal for full details.

For those unable to 3D print, we’ll also be releasing the army in physical form. This will work similarly to the Covenant of the Flame army launch, with pre-order bundles available to those who’d like to get everything and pick up some extra free gifts in the process. (In this case, free warjack option sets, Dreadtides STLs, and digital PDFs.)

There are some differences to a typical physical release, so it’s definitely worth checking out the tier reveal for more details.

Of course, we’ve still got a couple of Dread Armada previews up our sleeve between now and launch.

One is going live imminently, in fact: head to YouTube now for the colossal Dreadhulk drop, then update your free Warmachine app soon for a treasure trove of rules!

Yes, the render is missing a claw. One might say it's "absolutely clawless", particularly if one were part of an electronic dance trio from the early 2000s. But we can confirm your Dreadhulk STL will arrive with all claws (and other parts) included. All claws blazing. It'll be clawsome. Okay, we'll stop now.

Some of you may be wondering where that leaves a certain Lord Terminus. To that we say: keep an eye on the Warmachine channels and be ready to update your app on launch tomorrow!

More space added to Lock & Load US events

Event registration for Lock & Load US attendees went live on Longshanks last week, with some events filling up in record time!

Now we’ve got a good idea of which events are in high demand, we’ll be adding more spaces wherever we can.

We’ll send an Eventbrite email to all badge holders in advance announcing the date and time the new spaces will go live, to give those who missed out the best chance to secure their spots. We’ll also announce it in the dedicated Lock & Load US thread in the official Warmachine Discord.

If you’ve not got your badge yet, there’s still time to grab yours and join us in St Louis from November 6 for the US’s biggest weekend of Warmachine!

New Protectorate of Menoth lore incoming

Cryx may be dominating the high seas but let’s not lose sight of Menoth’s holy light.

With the launch of this incendiary new army burning hot on the horizon, we’ll uncover the details behind the reemergence of Menoth’s most faithful in The Pilgrimage, Part II. Read it in next Monday’s Loremachine, October 19.

Missed Part I? Catch up here.

Start collecting Cryx Necrofactorium

Perhaps it’s the bite of Halloween in the air, but even Menoth’s light couldn’t stave off these undead for long. While the Dread Armada sail the FronTier wave, Necrofactorium are getting a major refresh.

Releasing next Tuesday, October 20, the new Necrofactorium army boxes make it even easier to collect and play Warmachine’s favourite lich lords.

All aboard the Cryx train! Or should that be “ship”…?
