Free delivery
Orders above a certain amount are eligible for free delivery. This varies by region. To find the threshold for your region, check the table at the bottom of this page.
If your delivery address is outside the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, you’re responsible for any customs duties and taxes due at the destination.

Pre-order items
- If your order includes pre-order items as well as items that are in stock, everything will ship together once it’s ready, dispatching on the latest advertised date for your region.
- If the total order value is at least twice the free delivery threshold for your region (see below), we can split your order to ship the in-stock items earlier. Orders below that threshold will ship together.

Made-to-order items
- When an item isn't in stock, we make it to order just for you. Around 50% of made-to-order items ship within 1 week, and 80% within 5 weeks, so please allow a little time for yours to be made.
- If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order items as well as items that are in stock, everything will ship together once it’s ready, dispatching on the latest advertised date for your region.
- If the total order value is at least twice the free delivery threshold for your region (see below), we can split your order to ship the in-stock items earlier. Orders below that threshold will ship together.

Duties and taxes
If your delivery address is outside the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, you’re responsible for any customs duties and taxes due at the destination.

I need to change my shipping address
As long as your order status is ‘not yet fulfilled’, it may be possible to update your shipping address. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible using this form to request a change.

Check your order on arrival
When your order arrives, make sure you check the number of packages matches your delivery confirmation and nothing is damaged. If anything is missing or damaged, it’s really important you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item(s) so we can follow up with the courier.

P.O. boxes
We’re not able to deliver to P.O. box address. If you place an order using a P.O. box address, you may be liable for the delivery return costs.
