Free Digital Subscriptions for Warmachine Stockists
Supporting Warmachine Stockist Programme stores in new ways
We recently launched the Warmachine Digital subscription on MyMiniFactory and the uptake has been incredible so far!
Today, we want to talk about how Warmachine Digital is part of our commitment to growing Warmachine and how we’re giving access to our Stockist Programme partners.
What Is Warmachine Digital?
Warmachine Digital is a monthly subscription available through MyMiniFactory that gives players access to 3D printable files (STLs), including:

Scenery and terrain sets for building out tables

Conversion parts for warjacks and warbeasts

Themed base toppers and accessories
-
Variant sculpts of selected individual models

Legacy models not available in stores
It’s a digital hobby boost designed to support what’s happening in retail each month — for example, when Cygnar Gravediggers hit retail, we included mining-themed terrain and parts to match.
What this means for stockists
At its core, the Warmachine digital subscription is designed to support retail, not compete with it. Here’s how we’re doing that:
Retail-first product strategy
Every month, subscribers get a pack of 3D printable files (STLs) — things like scenery, base toppers, and conversion bits — that tie into the army currently releasing at retail. These extras will make in-store games look better and deepen the hobby experience for your players, helping to grow the community.
Just to be clear: no retail products will be released as digital STLs.
Example: As the Cygnar Gravediggers Core Expansion hits shelves in-store, the STL drop includes mining facility terrain and Gravediggers-themed conversion parts to match — perfect for building themed tables or showcasing the army in-store.
Free digital subscription for Warstores
If you're a Warstore (i.e. part of the Warmachine Stockist Programme), we’ll be including a FREE Warmachine Digital subscription to use in your store.
Here’s what that means:

You’ll get free access to the monthly STLs

You can print terrain for your tables and use models in demos
All you need is a MyMiniFactory account linked to your trade email. Create your account here. Once you’ve made your account, get in touch with the trade team so we can enable your subscription.
Please note: This isn’t a commercial license, which means these prints or files can’t be sold or used as giveaways or prize support. It’s specifically to help promote and grow your Warmachine community.
Expanding with direct-only armies
To make the subscription even more exciting for players, we’re including some Armies of Legend models no longer sold at retail. That includes the Dark Operations army models, starting with the Subduer, Warden, and Wrecker monstrosities in May.
These models aren’t retail releases, but will be made available as physical kits through our online stores the month after their digital release.
If you're a Warstore, you'll be able to order these physical kits directly through the stockist programme, starting with the Hive Mind Cadre.
Can I become a Warstore?
The Warmachine Stockist Programme is currently live in the US, UK, and EU.
Being a Warstore gives you the ability to order products that are otherwise only available direct from Steamforged. Right now, this is limited to the US, but we’re working to expand this to the UK and EU.
