You’re the community heroes, and the lifeblood of Warmachine communities across the globe. That’s what the Press Ganger programme is here to recognise.
By running in-person Warmachine events through Longshanks, you’ll earn Press Ganger points for the activity you’re already doing to help your local community grow. Then, once per quarter, you’ll be able to spend those points in the Press Ganger store on special and exclusive items and merch.
No application or secret handshake needed.
What is the press ganger programme?
The Press Ganger programme is our way of recognising the community heroes who keep Warmachine tables busy.
Instead of “Press Ganger” being a title we bestow, anyone can earn Press Ganger points by running in-person Warmachine events using Longshanks. That’s not only tournaments, but leagues, narrative campaigns, demo days, and even hobby sessions.
If you’re creating reasons for players to gather, play, paint, learn, and get excited about Warmachine, that counts.

Getting Started
Ready to start earning Press Ganger points? Here’s what you need to do.

Make your account on Longshanks(if you don’t have one already)

Create a Warmachine account here (if you don’t have one already)

Enter the email address you use for your Warmachine website account into the field provided on Longshanks* (even if they’re the same)
*This will give permission for Longshanks to share your account email with us, and help us associate your Longshanks activity with your Warmachine account. This is important because it lets us transfer your points to our website once per quarter, so you can redeem those points against items in the Press Ganger store when it opens on our website. -
