Styrge Abhorreth — Bigger, meaner, hungrier
The Styrge Hounds were already unpleasant.
Give them a few years, an entire network of underground catacombs to claim as their own and absolutely no reason to share, and you get something much worse.
The Styrge Abhorreth is now available to pre-order.
As Styrge Hounds grow, they eventually leave their packs behind and claim vast stretches of the Fane’s underground territories for themselves. These territorial beasts become formidable predators, attacking anything unfortunate enough to wander into their domain.
But the Fane doesn’t simply leave these monsters to their own devices.
Once fully grown in captivity, each Abhorreth is paired with a dedicated Fane Knight rider. These mage riders form a bond with their beast, channeling its fury into fell magic and turning its savage power against the enemy. They can even use that connection to turn aside missiles aimed at their allies.
Together, rider and warbeast become something far more dangerous than either could be alone, combining the Abhorreth’s raw strength with the Fane Knight’s command of dark magic.
